How about running your code on one of Europe’s fastest EO processing engines?
Through its services, the EODC connects highly efficient data centres. Some of them being among Europe’s most powerful computer processing resources.
One of them is the Vienna Scientific Cluster (VSC), constituting a pool of high-performance computing (HPC) resources that covers the computing demands of 5 different Universities: the Vienna University of Technology, University of Vienna, the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences, Graz University of Technology and the University of Innsbruck.
VSC-3 is located at the Arsenal TU building (Objekt 214) in Vienna and was set up by ClusterVision. It consists of about 2000 compute nodes, each equipped with 2 processors (Intel Xeon E5-2650v2, 2.6 GHz, 8 cores from the Ivy Bridge-EP family) and internally connected with an Intel QDR-80 dual-link high-speed InfiniBand fabric. Energy-efficient cooling is provided by the mineral-oil based CarnotJet System of Green Revolution Cooling.
